At Big Think Capital, he oversees all Salesforce operations as lead architect and administrator, guiding automation, custom development, and system integrations that streamline workflows and provide real-time data visibility. He also manages the company’s infrastructure and cloud architecture—making critical decisions on network design, endpoint security, and interoperability across platforms using RESTful APIs and structured data formats such as JSON.

Brian leads the company’s AI and automation initiatives, deploying intelligent pipelines powered by large language models, machine learning, and document processing to enhance lead engagement, underwriting, and revenue operations. Beyond platforms and infrastructure, he oversees vendor partnerships, documentation strategies, and team development, ensuring IT not only supports but accelerates business growth.
