He is responsible for company-wide pipeline management while leading both the internal operations team and the offshore processing center. His leadership ensures that processes remain seamless, scalable, and focused on supporting the company’s long-term growth.
Born and raised on Long Island, Chris went on to play Division I lacrosse at Bryant University, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that continue to shape his professional career. While pursuing his studies, Chris interned at Big Think Capital, contributing to marketing campaigns and strategies designed to attract new clients. This early exposure gave him valuable insight into the alternative lending industry and the client-focused processes that drive success.
Over time, Chris built on this foundation by developing a deep understanding of operational workflows, team management, and production strategy.
