Brian Weiss is the Vice President of Technology at Big Think Capital, where he leads enterprise IT strategy, systems architecture, and digital innovation initiatives. With a background in Information Security and deep technical expertise, he oversees the planning, implementation, and optimization of the company’s technology stack to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Brian is responsible for all Salesforce operations at Big Think, serving as the lead architect and administrator for platform automation, custom development, and systems integration. His work enables real-time data visibility, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental workflow orchestration.
He manages internal infrastructure and cloud architecture, making critical decisions on network design, server provisioning, and endpoint security. Brian also oversees system integrations using RESTful APIs and structured data formats such as JSON to ensure seamless interoperability between internal platforms and third-party applications.
As head of the company’s AI initiatives, Brian builds and deploys automation pipelines that leverage machine learning, large language models, and intelligent document processing. These solutions power lead engagement, underwriting operations, internal support, and revenue workflows.
In addition to infrastructure and platform responsibilities, Brian leads vendor and partner management, documentation strategy, and team development—ensuring that IT not only supports but accelerates Big Think Capital’s business goals.
