As one of the firm’s founding leaders, Bryan has played a pivotal role in shaping its structure, culture, and long-term vision.

With over 8 years of industry experience, Bryan has held multiple roles across underwriting, business development, and relationship management. This diverse background has given him a comprehensive understanding of the alternative finance space and allows him to bridge the gap between operations and client needs. He is known for his ability to streamline workflows, build scalable systems, and ensure that Big Think Capital consistently delivers on its commitments to clients and partners.

Bryan graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, where he developed his passion for entrepreneurial ventures and innovative business strategy. Today, he continues to apply that foundation by driving operational excellence and supporting the firm’s growth at every level.
