Sara Lopes is the Manager of People and Culture at Big Think Capital, where she champions a workplace culture rooted in collaboration, trust, and growth. With a dual degree from Quinnipiac University—a Bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA—Sara brings both strategic business insight and a people-first mindset to her role.

Sara’s academic background laid the foundation for her focus on team development, communication, and engagement, while her real-world experience has shaped her belief that a thriving culture is key to a thriving business. She works closely with leadership and employees alike to foster an environment where individuals feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed.

Growing up as the youngest of five in a lively Italian household, Sara learned early the value of strong relationships, shared meals, and showing up for one another. These values continue to influence her approach to people operations and internal culture building.
